Advice for upper deck 747-400

I don't know what you call the seat that's not lay flat but it leaves you at a wierd down angle, Next time I'll take a stronger sleeping pill.
So, I'm flying MSP-NRT on a 747-400 and have 73A after looking at SeatGuru.

Is there any AVOD in the upper deck? How's the food?

Any suggestions - other than a stronger sleeping pill

Fortunately, I'm on an A330 on the next leg NRT-BKK and on the way back I routed myself through ATL on a 77.

I've always wanted to try a 747 upper deck.

Should I be bringing my own movies & entertainment?

Thanks!

(Yep, I already did a search for these details and couldn't find the answers).
