BOS right now waiting out a nearly 2 hour delay on BOS-SJC to connect to SJC-JFK and then JFK-IAD-LGB-PDX tomorrow.

Indeed. Assuming I make tonight's connection I'll be fine on all the others (2ish hours each and a single PNR).
If I miss tonight I'll have roughly 10 minutes to convince the GA to put me on the SJC-BOS flight or I'll be stranded in SJC. That would be bad.
