I have not yet inquired about my own Lifetime Status Mile total. I am (of course) curious, but I feel no compelling reason to ask for details when:
(1) Aeroplan and Air Canada are clearly having difficulty sorting out how to report Lifetime Status Miles, and any information I do receive at this time may be incomplete
(2) I can assume that I am not yet over the 1 MM threshold since I have not yet received a package
(3) Andrew and Ben have indicated that members who have received packages to date are receiving "early recognition" in advance of the 2011 benefit year. I infer this to mean that details of the lifetime status program will be released with the 2011 program announcement and (hopefully) AC/AP will have the Lifetime Status Mile reporting mechanism ironed out by then.
To be honest, I am surprised that AC/AP is not defering all such inquiries until after the 2011 program is rolled out.
