kiosk check-in problems
Whereas I fly considerably (DM/MM), know that I am a piker compared to some of the others on this forum. So, feel okay about asking a stupid question.
On a recent trip (with 4 segments), the DL kiosk would not accept my checkin and I had to deal with an agent. They could only print out 3 BP for my trip, necessitating another agent visit for the last BP. Same situation on the return (again 4 segments).
Am "assuming" that this is because of the number of segments (usually I only have 2 or 3). Can someone advise as to whether this was maybe just another quirk to either the system or was it my 4 segment itinerary? TIA
