Is there typically an electrical jack on or around the seat armrest that will allow for plugging in an HP iPaq PDA (Windows Mobile OS with standard 110 male plug from a typical U.S. transformer)?

Is there any limit, qualification or requirement for transporting Rx and OTC pills (tablets or capsules) within one's carry on bag?
http://www.seatguru.com should help you with the first question, which is airline, aircraft, and seating class specific.

If you travel internationally, check to see if the drug laws in destination countries differ with respect to the drugs you bring (e.g. a drug that is OTC in your home country may require a prescription in another, or a drug that is OTC or available by prescription in your home country may be outright illegal in another).
