Is there typically an electrical jack on or around the seat armrest that will allow for plugging in an HP iPaq PDA (Windows Mobile OS with standard 110 male plug from a typical U.S. transformer)?

Is there any limit, qualification or requirement for transporting Rx and OTC pills (tablets or capsules) within one's carry on bag?
