Hi all

My parents were delayed over 8 hours yesterday on a flight to PFO with easyJet. At check in they were told about it and were given £6 and access to the Servisair lounge. IMO this wasn't enough so I looked online
and it said on a guide that compensation of €400 was due as it was over a 4 hour delay and over 1500km under EU261/2004. I rang them and they said nothing was due and they did more than they had to and I was wrong.

Am I right or wrong?
