Assuming there really is only one 3 MM member today and thirteen 2 MM members (I find those numbers suprisingly low), these numbers should swell over the next decade assuming AC continues to sell unlimited flight passes. I'll be well north of 200k in AC status miles this year alone, without having left North America. I am certainly not alone in my reliance on flight passes for domestic travel.
I was thinking the same thing as I'm in the same boat... rely heavily on North American flight passes and will be over 200k this year. See no reason why that would change in the next few years and work with people who are in the same boat.
