AMEN. I've had immigrations, AA agents and restaurant employees service me (barely) while on their cell phones.
There are also numerous agents who would much rather repeat something in Spanish to you 3x than in English one time. Thank god that I've learnt Spanish now, otherwise I'd be ready to kill someone.
