The last few times I've arrived at MIA, our gate has not been ready causing 20-30 minute waits on the taxiway. Two times we landed late, and once was a little early. Do they still not have enough gates for their hub opperation? One would think they know when the plane will land with enough notice to facilitate a gate change before the plane lands.
Do others regularly experience this gate wait/delay at other airports, or is this mostly a MIA situation?
