A "hugh" amount?
"Hugh" is a name, such as "Hugh Grant," the actor.
HUGE is the word for A LOT!
I stand corrected for asking such a stupid question as "Does Avis actually charge for car seats?" I was wrong, sorry.
Avis is trying to earn money for these items just like other companies are trying to earn money for these items. Avis is much cheaper on average than Hertz is, and a bit cheaper on average than National is, and Avis makes more coupons available than just about any rental car company out there, so if you do your research, Avis can also be cheaper on average than Thrifty, Dollar, Payless, Alamo, and others.
