You don't have to look very hard to get your bottom done Japanese style.

I know lots of people right here in the US who have these things in their bathrooms.

Kinda amazing that someone thinks the building code is keeping them from this experience. And, IMHO, the level of skill needed to install the spraying, heating (and maybe even powdering) seats is about the same as installing an ice maker refrigerator.
