I was given an upgrade to an Executive King room, then with a kind e-mail to the GM telling him how much I was looking forward to staying at his property and asking if there was any way he could upgrade me farther to impress my wife, he gave me a corner executive king on the 27th floor.

Fresh fruit every day - a silk elephant on the bed - and a squeeky elephant in the tub. I love the Conrad!
Good call on the e-mail to the GM. I should have done the same since it was my girlfriend's first time in Thailand. Oh well.... it was still a nice hotel and the executive lounge was a great place to start breakfast in the mornings.

Oh, and can't beat the silk elephant and squeaky elephant in the bathtub either!
