ITC lounge is open and what ever lounge Lufthansa uses (its not called the star alliance lounge like the one in BOM but something else) but both lounges are adjacent to each other. We were in the LH lounge and it was with decent food offering.

Delhi chargers restaurant is open as are some fast food eateries.
