Just put it on the form they probably won't collect. This way when they X-ray your bag (high odds of this) you haven't not declared anything. It seems like mostly they are looking for things with plugs. Seriously, if delivery wasn't an issue, I'd have bought all my appliances and electronics in Chile. This is what they are looking for.
