The defined platinum amenities are the only ones you should expect. Bill, the GM has put an extra treat in my room on each of my 20+ stays, except for the one the day after my birthday (I'll take something nice on every day but my birthday). If you want space, ask for a Mega room. It doesn't have floor to ceiling windows, but has the most open floor space. If you want style, take the cool corner (formerly known as a stuido suite). If you need a suite, talk to Laura or Charles during normal business hours. They will not upgrade you but as with any business, you can negotiate. I'm 100% on upgrades to either Mega or Cool Corner's except for the night I booked in after 11 PM and arrived at midnight.
