The pax suggested that the FA just give them a second bottle and "call it even", to which the FA happily obliged. I wonder if the FA got a bottle from the F cabin to make it 'even' in the paperwork.
The FA could have done this but we also have the ability to comp drinks on the machine. As long as we don't get carried away, the company understands the value of this and won't bust our chops.
