Much like most other "branded" publications, it is not run by WN directly; Rather a magazine publisher. And as long as they are running a reasonably legitimate business (licensed, legal, etc), the ad is "respectable" (nothing controversial, no naked people, or a burning cross, etc), and they pay their bill.... Then should be up to the consumer to do the background and find if the advertiser someone they want to use.
Also, it looks like it is run by Pace communications
http://pacecommunications.com and it looks like they also are the ones behind DL, UA, US and VX's inflight magazines.
Finally, IMhO I would never see a doctor based on an airline mag ad.
