Hello United Mileage Plus Member,

United Airlines would like to invite you to participate in a usability study that will be used to gather customer feedback about United.com.

The sessions are scheduled to last approximately 60 minutes and will take place at United Airlines, 77 West Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60601 on Thursday, September 9, 2010 and Friday, September 10, 2010.

Participants will receive an honorarium of 7,000 bonus miles added to their United Mileage Plus Account.
