I wanted to tag on to everyone's responses here to Skywards - overall it has been a satisfactory experience - esp. Ex-DEL and DXB onward for myself and I'm quite happy with the service inclusive of ground staff at all EK locations be it MAD, DEL, BOM, MNL, DXB.

I also hear this rant about FFs on EK not hitting Gold and Silver as anticipated previously but life goes on.. and Just keep flying EK .. you'll get there.

Their current "no incentive post-50K miles" works just fine for me. Although crossing 50K + TMs should at least get you some SWU certs like with UA. Wishful thinking.
