Would you take the bump and the $400 in certs, or keep the plush life for the 4.5 hour flight?

I took the deal, and had a decent trip after getting a last minute seat in E+. I wold not have taken it for less than $300 tho, and that would have been a maybe...
What would your threshold have been?
Is the original ticket upgraded or paid C? I would certainly bump. Chances are you will get a better seat closer to flight time.
