Hello everyone

The other day i was flying CPH-FRA-HKG-MNL
The first leg CPH-FRA was with LH
The two last legs FRA-HKG and HKG-MNL with CX

I have flied that route many times before and presented
my Thai gold card upon check-in at CPH airport, they never
complain about my 40 kilo. Also when flying CPH-FRA-TPE-MNl with
SK CPH-FRA and CI the last two legs, some month ago they did not say anything about my 40 kilo.

But this time they told me as i was not flying with Staralliance all the way
i could only have 20 kilo, they told me they have called LH and TG and they say the same,,however i doubt they called , just gave me that story.


I have been told long ago, like 3 years ago that the first carriers rules , tell you what you can bring , and as i fly LH and have a Gold card of TG, i am allowed to have 40 kilo.

They said also that but it did not count for gold cards only as a normal passenger.

Can someone tell me the rules as i really dont see it in the benefits of gold card. and even better refer to where it is said so.

If they had treated me wrong i will surely complain to SAS as they are the one handling LH in CPH
