Leaving 10AM and back to 3PM is just 5 hours and I can't really think of any good place to get to with such few time.
I might suggest just staying in the very city center and enjoy Piazza San Carlo and Via Roma. Piazza Castello and Via Po. Visit Museo Egizio (second only to the one in Cairo), Museo del Cinema (wonderful), go one night to Teatro Carignano which is a gem.

If you have one day off, I strongly suggest Reggia di Venaria and Palazzina di caccia di Stupinigi. Better to get there by car, but I think it is doable on public transportation as well.

How many days are you staying in the city? Maybe a weekend to the olympic mountains could be nice
