This was mainly due to the online booking bonus and global double miles offer, which while not part of the programme per se did affect the mileage balance last year. This year, even with the accelerator, bonuses are only offered in some months.

Tickets have all been Flex as they were mainly ex-UAE, so no issues on that front.
