Yes, probably so. I've been up to this lounge area the last time we had the CO Do. In fact, a group of us played poker late at night there.

It was set up rather sparsely at that time. IIRC, it is a self-service lounge and by the time we got there, it was practically devoid of anything.

But, it was large enough to certainly cover the room occupancy of the club floor. If there are more folks than it can service, the hotel has the option of limiting its access only to those on the club floor, so if anyone else is expecting to use it, then that might have to be negotiated for in advance.
