MotelOne comes to mind. Don't think of the American MotelOnes which are rather bad (at least in my limited experience) but this is a pretty good no frills chain over here. Single rooms are like 59 Euro a night.
I have stayed in two differnt MotelOne properties, actually both were in Berlin and both were not my choice but rather bookings from hosts but I was always very satisfied. They offered exactly what I needed. Clean, comfortable, modern, nice bathroom, good breakfast, no complaint what so ever. I would probably book them myself if I had to pay the night out of my own pocket.

. The cheapest Motel 1 for this period was 94 Euro double and 79 Euro single per night. You could however, stay in Dreilinden 25km out of town for 49 Euro.
