no real benefit to upgrade if it's working well for you. i have the slingbox pro, and it's working fine, so i'm holding off on upgrading. the only thing is if it does have issues, customer service is horrible, so they'll charge you just to try and diagnose the issue. since you're out of warranty, you can't get any help to resolve an issue. SUCKS.
