DUS bis lounge usually beat FRA SEN lounge. Wifi access at all German LH lounges is available (at a cost) via T-mobile. as you have access to the SEN lounge at DUS it is no contest for me. A nice airport to connect in and depart from IMO - never very crowded. Quick check-in and security whatever your airline and whatever your route.
