I find that attitude highly significant and is inconsistant with the claim of behaving "reasonably". I find the attitude irritating.
Well, some of us find the attitude of Corporations that really don't give a sh*t about their customers very irritating. Some of us think that some Corporations behave very unreasonably and are inconsistent with their customer service. I think in this case, that was the problem more than a complaining customer. You obviously disagree. It would be interesting to be a fly on the wall if you ever checked into a ship cabin and found a similar circumstance and were made to wait for hours unknowing of what your future held as the ship sailed away.
