If not, I would pay $14 for renewal in the beginning of 2011, and $14 again when my passport expires later in 2011. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying.
I wasn't aware there was any any charge for an ESTA. Mine certainly did not cost anything. Are there charges for certain countries?
