FWIW, I did apply online for the Fidelity Investment Rewards card late last week (I think Thursday) and received the card today.

Anyone tried calling the number to see if you can still apply over the phone?

Wonder if I slipped in right under the deadline.

I sure hope they don't decrease it from 2% anytime soon though.
