I posted on this in the 'refusal' thread. When I refused, they didn't really know what to do, but going through the WTMD was not an option. Thankfully my trips through T2 are very limited, so I'll know to pad an extra 10 minutes for the groping when I do refuse.

I am more concerned about this becoming a primary option in T1-West.
