I wish Slingbox was a feasible option for me, but the Courtyard I've been staying in has such crippled internet speeds due to the number of people on it, that it's basically useless.
I would encourage you to provide feedback on the internet speed by either completing the guest survey (if you're selected) or by contacting MI directly (you can do this on marriott.com)....while it's possible the system has a temp issue it's also possible that it doesn't and while their are vendors monitoring usage perhaps they have missed something
