, here's a google link. Be aware, google maps search is not very accurate in China. This is from SHA airport, not from PVG.

Taxi drivers will most likely not know the hotel, but they will call the hotel for directions.
Metro station is far away, not recommended with (heavy) baggage.
If a moderator happens to read this, there's a Shanghai hotels thread, which contains information about directions as well, in the IC forum, and more users will have specific information - so maybe move this? Thanks.
