As you all know the entire concourse is in progress during the constructions throughout 1999-2010 timelines. The entire concourse A is not fully opened for the public. Also, the entire concourse C is already demolished. Also, temporary baggage sorting system facility soon to be demolished, too and they already completion done new baggage handling system. As you can see new concourse J is already completion done.
Also, regional facility will start constructions during the times and soon to be completion done in between 2011 or 12. So here the Google Map:

AA terminal D will takeover and The Oneworld Alliance does not have enough gate space but, it will have to remains in the concourse E facility until new concourse A will fully opened. However, if you would likes to see brand new concourse D extension will be completion done until 2011. If you want to take free tour and You have go to aviation office will give you escorted badge to get inside at security. You have to stay with them while you are during on the tour to see new concourse D extension and also, old concourse D will underway renovations. You will have to give the proper permission from MDAD will have approval to get your escorted badge to get inside at security. You will have a offer to get inside the terminal tour for you guys.
