• syncs multiple browsers (IE, Safari etc.)
• profiles
• share sets of bookmarks with others
• some Discovery features not really related to syncing (search keyword hints, site stats, etc.)

Firefox Sync:

• live tab syncing
• naming for different computers
• native to Firefox
• extension/add-on capability in development

Any other comments on which has the advantage?
