Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide. I am not a foodie and due to a low calorie / low carb diet I want to try maintain while in Singapore I want to find in advance if I'm going to run into issues or not.

Do most business offices in Singapore (Orchard / Herrren area) have cafeteria's and if so do they typically have some American food (low calorie such as grilled chicken, salad bar (make your own), etc)? If not, close by?

In the general area of the Marriott and Hilton on Orchard is it easy to find the same type of food?
