Ended up choosing a Marriott and got it all sorted out over the phone. They've got two double beds (1.4 meter wide) which they will move side by side (so nearly a 3 meter wide bed) in their Executive rooms. Price was surprisingly low so this is why I chose them.

Stayed at the Santiago Marriott once, they have MASSIVE beds. Easily fit 4 into a single bed

But YMMV...
