They were certainly still doing that a few weeks ago.

I too have flown Cebu between HKG and CRK on several occasions and they are excellent at what they do. On that route at least they are always on time, the planes are new and clean, the cabin crew friendly and efficient, and I have never seen anything that I would regard as a safety concern.

My only major irritation is, as wdchuck1 mentioned, that their online booking system is an absolute pain in the neck with regards to credit cards. Over time they have been rejecting more of my cards so that none of my 4 cards is now accepted by their booking system, and the only way I can book is to ask someone else to use their credit card, or to do it through a travel agent at somewhat increased cost.

By the way, why was this thread moved to "Other Asian ... frequent flyer programmes"? Cebu Pacific doesn't have a frequent flyer programme. In my opinion this should be in the Asia forum where it started.
