I know this thread has gone dormant a bit, but I'd love to see some international long-haul premium cabin comparisons.

I also question a lot of those IdeaWorks numbers. Read the methodology in their paper - it's pretty vague. For example, on Southwest I'm wondering if they ran queries and marked a "Yes" every time they saw "Freedom Award". Even though I like Rapid Rewards for what it is (a simple domestic U.S. award program), I don't buy a 99+% hit rate on Standard Awards - what we really care about - for any sizable number of random citypairs for this summer.
