Just came from MIA. At least some of the low D gates were operational today as promised. I noticed flights on the board leaving from D-12 and D-16. However E was also still operational so the changeover is not complete. I could not tell if the new TSA Checkpoint 1 near the low D gates was open as I did not bother to hike down that far.
