I have flown 5J over 100 times in the last 12 months and have found this airline to be one of the best Low Cost Carriers in the world. For starters, their fares are reasonable and they offer incredible sales during promotion periods.

Never have they botched up a confirmed booking.

Never have they left me stranded

Never have I felt unsafe

Never have I had anything stolen from my bags or had them lost or delayed.

Never have I been treated rudely.

For only $2 - $4, you can upgrade to front row or emergency exit seating in advance or ask at checkin for no extra cost. On board "Eats" are the cheapest in the industry with a beer for less than $2, a coke for a $1, a sandwich for $2. Compare that to any US or Australian mainline carrier where a beer can cost $6 etc etc.

Plus - they have their own on board entertainment system called the "Flight Attendants" where somethimes they will sing Karaoke to you or play "show me" games.

I hope that this airline will begin service to Australian and the Middle East with their new A320's. But maybe they will use them just to keep up with demand in their existing markets.
