Those are VERY rare. I'm not sure I've actually ever seen one.
Do you mean bank debit cards that earn frequent flyer miles for PIN-based purchases? If so, there are at least 3 (one from Key Bank, and two from BofA), discussed in extensive detail in other recent threads in this forum.
