Yes, you can. Also keep in mind that the upgrade will only cover the CO metal (NRT-IAH-NRT). It will not cover the BKK-NRT-BKK segments, even if those are on a CO code.
You'd need to do a *A upgrade award - per segment - for those two flights on OAL metal.
ETA: If you are on a CO code and OAL metal you cannot do a *A upgrade either. Sorry for the bad info.
