I think if Ken doesn't know, then A Flygirl must be the only employee using them!

On my recent A330 flight, two people in the row ahead had inoperable in-seat video (seat C and seat G I think, each to the left of an aisle anyway).

Both were given personal video players instead, but I didn't hear anything about an offer of compensation. (It may also explain why on the YOW-LHR flight we just watched the big screen and didn't have personal video -- AC taking them off the CP metal to use as backup on their own?).
