There is a form in our possession called "Onboard Compensation". This form should be presented voluntarily by a flight crew member to compensate for the following.

Seat (an operation is not functional and the person cannot be moved); personal television unserviceable; audio or reading light unserviceable. These particular "offences" entitle you to a $100.00 travel voucher or 3,000 Aeroplan miles if this form is completed and submitted.

SPML (noted on manifest but not boarded); shortage of meals (a few exceptions listed) entitle you to a $50.00 travel voucher or 1,500 Aeroplan miles, again, if the form is completed and submitted.

The pledge is that the value of the compensation chosen will be provided within 20 days of your flight experience - voucher or credit, whichever you choose.
