Thanks you two. Couldnt I just get the apple case or a DMS brown one from amazon and leave it in there then? Whats the need or the purpose of the exo sleeve? Just extra protection?

Extra protection and you can put a strap on it and hang a pouch on it and it makes a small bag like a briefcase for when you arrive at your destination.
