Yes!

I only had the four stays in the 2nd Quarter and one of these was on the January Sale.

Q3FN Certificate duly posted at the same time the fourth stay credited.

FWIW, January Sale rates were in the list of excluded rates for the 3rd Quarter promotion, but apparently this was a mistake:
