If your days in Argentina are only 19-25, I would definetly forget Colonia and Tigre, I would do an overnight to Iguazu Falls, leave early am. stay at SHeraton in the park for one night and return late afternoon. to BsAs. That is a spectacular place and not to be missed.
If only here for 6 days and it's your first visit to EZE I would forget going up to the falls to be honest. Too much hassle and expense getting to/from there IMO just to spend one night there....it deserves longer than that.
