I tried making a HAV-MEX transaction on MX this evening on the web-site.

Keyed in all my details, punched in my credit card details (MBNA UK Mastercard), etc., clicked the purchase button. A page showing a confirmation number (I think! Not sure ) flashed across the screen very quickly, then I was redirected back to the MX webpage.

I have not received a confirmation email or text message. Nothing! Just wondering if the transaction got through at all.

I called the credit card company to check if there was a pending transaction from MX. There isn't.

Who would be issuing the ticket? HAV? MEX?

Do I have to call the offices in HAV or MEX? Or would the offices in Europe be able to help as well?
